Return and Refund Policy

At Good Hobby & Toys, we are committed to ensuring our  customers are satisfied with their purchases. Here is our Return and  Refund Policy, outlining the procedures and conditions for returning or  exchanging products. 

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be  eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition,  unused, and in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

• Contact Us: Email us at [insert contact email] or call us at [insert contact phone number] to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a RAN, which must be included with the returned items.

• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Tags and Labels: All tags and labels must still be attached to the items.

The following items are not eligible for returns: 

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Downloadable Products: Any downloadable software or digital products are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Special Order Items: Special order, discontinued, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

You can choose from the following refund options: 

• Refund to Original Payment Method: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Store Credit: A store credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned item.
• Exchange: You can exchange the item for a different product of equal or lesser value.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
• Prepaid Return Labels: In cases where the item is defective or was sent in error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we  receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive an email  notification once the refund has been processed. 

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process  and specify the new item you would like to receive. We will process the  exchange once we receive the returned item.
