Shipping Policy

 Shipping Policy for Good Hobby&Toys At Good Hobby&Toys, we strive to provide our customers with a  smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review our shipping  policy below for important details about order processing, shipping  methods, and delivery times. 

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States: 

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 for orders under $25, free for orders over $25

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time. 

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations.  International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the  destination country and order value. Customers are responsible for any  customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website. 

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size,  weight, or contents. These restrictions will be noted on the product  page. 

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during  transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the  expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to  resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders over a  certain value. These promotions apply to standard shipping within the  continental United States only and exclude oversized or heavy items.
